For more than 15 years, Shailesh Pardeshi has wandered through the wild terrain of the corporate world – from fast-moving Startups that run on creativity, chaos and sudden pivots, to mature global organizations where processes sometimes have processes of their own. Along the way, he’s seen teams come together, drift apart, rebrand, regroup, and occasionally forget what they were created for.

Shailesh has also explored a few entrepreneurial projects… some ventures took off… some sank so quietly that even Google forgot them – but each adventure taught him more about people, humility and humour than any job title ever could. He is deeply drawn to product development, especially ideas that improve daily life. He actively supports students, emerging talent and early-stage innovators on product thinking and strategy. His philosophy is simple: Observe more, Assume less and Build what genuinely helps.

He always wanted to write, but somehow life kept tossing distractions at him – deadlines, ideas, doubts and the occasional moment where he wondered why his to-do list was longer than his weekend. Eventually, he accepted that there would never be a “right day” to start writing, so he began typing wherever inspiration ambushed him: cabs, airports, chai stalls, and also during long meetings where his brain wandered off on its own adventure.
